Abingdon Little League ** VA District 1 **

2020 Season Information

The Abingdon Little League 2020 Season was delayed due to COVID-19. We are extremely grateful to all of our parents for being so patient during this time. The Board met June 9 after Virginia youth sports guidelines were released. The Board voted to begin our season Monday, June 15. We feel we will be able to continue our season for Minor, Major, and Junior/Senior Leagues while adhering to these guidelines. Unfortunately, we will not be able to have a TeeBall season and fully enforce social distancing guidelines set by the state. Therefore, we will be issuing refunds to all TeeBallers and offering free clinics for them so they can learn some fundamentals of the game. We hope you understand.
